Sammi graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma in 1986. Moving to Florida in 1987, she began her design career with Inge Designs in Ocean Reef. Recognizing a passion for design, she pursued development in the field, joining the American Society of Interior Design as an Allied Member. Sammi's vision and commitment to client satisfaction continues to spur growth, and she spearheaded the relocation to a spacious new showroom and offices in December, 2007. Sammi holds a private pilot license and enjoys flying in her spare time.

Bonnie joins the firm team with accounting, customer service and management experience. Her friendly nature and expertise balances The Design Firm's great staff. Married for 21 years and mother of one Bonnie enjoys time spent with her husband and son. Be sure to come into our showroom and say hello, have a cup of coffee and have it feel like home. Grace's career in interior design began here in Ocean Reef as she interned with Inge Designs during the summer while receiving her Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design from Florida State University, a double accredited university. Grace has 8 years of experience in the design field working on projects throughout the country. After living in Los Angeles for 5 years she has joined The Design Firm as their senior designer providing a stylish fresh look and creating comfortable living spaces.

Grace enjoys cooking and being outdoors in her free time.

With a natural flare for design, Bonnie joins our team as an assistant to our senior designers. Her positive attitude and attention to detail is a great addition to the company. She enjoys spending time out on the water with her husband and loves to bake as often as she can.

A graduate from the Florida State University department of Interior Design with a bachelor of science degree, Courtney has developed the skills necessary to create tasteful and comforting cohesive design solutions. She is always aware of her surroundings and constantly on the hunt for new and inspiring ideas. With a strong appreciation for history and belief that everything serves a purpose, her inherent affection towards art and design has surpassed her expectations into not only a passion but a lifestyle.

Mr. Kurt O'Brien, a successful entrepreneur and businessman, has recently purchased The Design Firm. He brings a wealth of experience from the construction /design industry. Kurt is dedicated to maintaining the Firm's established reputation of excellence in design and customer service, while introducing innovative ideas to enhance the design experience.

Wanda holds an Associate of Science Degree in Interior Design, is licensed by the Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design, and has met rigorous requirements set by the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications.

Relocating from Florida's Treasure Coast, she brings more than eighteen years experience in the residential interior design field. Active in interior design education, she previously served as a member of the Indian River College Interior Design Advisory Board and as an Adjunct Instructor with the Interior Design Department. Areas of special interest include Green Design and Lighting Design, and she has earned the American Lighting Association certification of Lighting Specialist.

In her free time, Wanda enjoys artistic interests, gardening and a range of outdoor activities with her family.

Mabel came to the firm as a certified accounting assistant with six years of managerial experience. Her business sense and experience have been instrumental in the growth of The Design Firm. Having a natural gift for people and interior decorating, Mabel's responsibilities have expanded to include the position of Design Assistant. Her creative instincts, combined with direction from our designers, have developed her skills in creating beautiful interiors.

A proud mother of three, Mabel enjoys time with her children and husband of ten years.

In the fall of 2006, Cecilia became the firm's comptroller and manages all aspects of our accounting and inventory. Her insight and organizational skills have been invaluable in the success of our business. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting, obtained in 1987.

Cecilia's favorite past time is spending time with family and friends.

Eileen joined the company in the spring of 2006, shortly after relocating from Orlando, Florida. Working in the interior design industry since 1995, she has more than ten years experience in model home design throughout the eastern part of the United States. Her creative design skills have earned her three Aurora Awards, two Parade of Homes awards, and a North Carolina project featured on HGTV in 2003. She attended the School of Interior Design at Seminole Community College in Central Florida.

Eileen enjoys spending time with her husband and three young daughters.

Jessica graduated from the Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business concentrating in marketing. She graduated with honors and has prior experience in both the residential and commercial real estate industries. She will concentrate on creating and maintaining marketing relationships, coordinating special events, and helping with special projects as needed.

As Manager of Shipping/Receiving and assistant to the designers, Justin works closely with our staff to ensure that every project is completed in a timely and professional manner. His keen attention to detail and commitment to high quality service has proven to be an asset to our company.

Justin's interests include sports and fitness.
